By downloading, installing, or using the Petoye mobile application (available on Google Play), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

Petoye reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To use Petoye, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your pet profiles contain accurate, truthful information
• Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized account access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

Petoye provides social networking features including posts, stories, comments, likes, and a follow system. When using these features:

• You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Petoye a license to display and distribute it within the platform
• Content must not be offensive, abusive, misleading, or violate any third-party rights
• You must not engage in harassment, bullying, spam, or any form of misconduct
• Petoye may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines
• Pet-related content should promote responsible pet ownership and animal welfare

The Petoye marketplace allows users to buy, sell, and adopt pets and pet-related products. By using the marketplace:

• Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and images for all listings
• All pet sales must comply with local and national animal welfare regulations
• Petoye is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers
• Users are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of listings and sellers
• Prohibited items and services may not be listed (illegal animals, counterfeit products, etc.)
• Petoye reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies

Petoye offers advertising and promotional features for pet businesses and individuals:

• Advertisements must be truthful, non-deceptive, and comply with applicable advertising laws
• Promoted content must be relevant to the pet community
• Petoye reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement at its discretion
• Advertising fees, once paid, are subject to our refund policy

Petoye hosts pet competitions and events through the Arena feature:

• Participation is subject to specific competition rules published for each event
• Entries must feature your own pets and original content
• Winners are determined based on published judging criteria
• Petoye reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate rules or community standards
• Prize distribution is subject to the terms specified for each competition

Petoye provides real-time messaging between users. When using chat:

• Messages must be respectful and in accordance with our community guidelines
• Do not share sensitive personal or financial information through chat
• Petoye may monitor messages to ensure platform safety and prevent abuse
• Unsolicited or spam messages are prohibited and may result in account suspension

The Petoye brand, logo, design, and all proprietary content are owned by Petoye and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Petoye may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

Petoye is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petoye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, listings, or user-generated material on the platform. Users interact with others and conduct transactions at their own risk.
